You were born with a gift.

Sensitivity is a gift, not a flaw.

About 20% of the population are highly sensitive people (HSPs) and we are here for special purposes and missions. Welcome! You've found your tribe :)

Wondering if you are highly sensitive? Take this quiz!

Do most of these characteristics describe you?

You're highly creative and imaginative.

You notice details others neglect.

You are an incredible listener, caregiver, and supporter.

You empathize with others.

You set high moral standards for yourself, such as honesty and conscientiousness.

You are precious and truly one of a kind.

On the other hand, as HSPs, we also need to take extra care of ourselves.

Our bodies and minds can be easily overstimulated. We tend to be perfectionists and criticize ourselves unfairly.

Mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, can also get in the way.

None of this is bad or wrong. It is simply a reminder for self-compassion and self-care.

Yes, sometimes the challenges of being an HSP can appear overwhelming...

But guess what?

That simply means our talents are 100 times greater.

No matter where you are and what you have gone through, your unique gifts are waiting to be uncovered and your potentials unleashed,

at this very moment.

And I would be privileged to be a part of your journey.

About Me

(Saia Yang)

I help highly sensitive people (HSPs) with depression and anxiety rebuild character and confidence, make soul-aligned decisions, and live inside love and satisfaction.

Why? Because I'm an HSP myself who went through 15 years of depression, anxiety, general lack of motivation and low satisfaction with life, among others...

I have done many things -- playing Candy Crush for 16 hours straight, blaming myself for being lazy and not disciplined, handing in an essay 8 days late (with a late penalty of 10% per day), not being able to get out of bed or sleep at night, breaking up with "the love of my life", feeling stuck and that everything was a chore, feeling I was wasting my life away... Definitely was an interesting experience.

I have also been constantly working on myself for the last few years. Currently I am continuing to work on accepting myself and being increasingly more aware of my body.

While my journey of growth will never end, I have come to a place where I am confident about helping others overcome what's in their way so they can feel more at peace and be their true, powerful selves.

Here are just a few examples of what I can help you with:

  • Increasing motivation and energy

  • Overcoming procrastination, self-criticism, and addictions

  • Reducing guilt and fostering self-love and self-worth

  • Creating healthy habits and structure

  • Finding your life purpose

  • Becoming unstuck and achieving your visions
